Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, born in Wellington,) is an Canadian actress. Paquin, born in Winnipeg and raised by Wellington Paquin's acting debut was in the role of Flora McGrath. For this role, she won the Academy Award of Best Supporting Actress in The romantic drama The Piano at the young age of 11. She was the second youngest winner in Oscar the history of Oscars. In 1993, she was awarded the Academy Award at age 11 as the curious and chatty child of Holly Hunter who played the main role. She was a teenager in Hurlyburly (1998) She's All That (1999) and A Walk on the Moon (1999) and portrayed the groupie Polexia Aphrodisa on the screen in Almost Famous (2000).
