Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian and television host best known as the presenter on The Talk, a popular talk show broadcast on daytime television. She was born in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised in the midst of a challenging family. Sheryl was fostered by her sister Frankie. Frankie had suffered from her own illness called Polio. While growing up, Sheryl had many problems with her mother. Sheryl stated she was once told that her mother had attacked an uncle of her daughter as she had been a little too closer to the father. When she graduated from college Sheryl became a military officer. However, her interests lay in comedy. She was the first female winner of the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. She started her TV career as frequently performing on the HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. In 2000, she hosted The show Oh Drama! Presently, she is a guest host on Talk Talk since the year 2011. She has also appeared in a variety of fictional characters on series including Bulworth Nikki and Beauty Shop.
